A nail in the tread shouldn’t mean waiting on a tow truck. The FlatReady Pro is our full-size tire plug kit. It repairs many punctures in the tread of tubeless tires without taking the wheel off, so you can reinflate and get to a shop. Every tool sits in a molded hard case built to live in a trunk or truck bed.

Why you’ll want it

• Fix it where you are: pull the nail or screw with the pliers, ream the hole, push in a plug strip with the T-handle tool, trim it, then reinflate.
• Built for the trunk: a molded tray gives every tool its own slot, so nothing rattles loose or goes missing.
• Handles leaky valves too: swap a valve core on the spot, and keep spare snap-in valve stems on hand for when the tire is off the rim.

Important: for emergency repairs in the tread area only. Don’t repair sidewall damage, large punctures or badly damaged tires. Have the tire professionally inspected and permanently repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Replacing a valve stem requires removing the tire from the wheel.
