We want you to be confident in every kit you buy from The Drive Box. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-DAY RETURNS
You can return most items within 30-days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible, items must be:
* Unused and in the condition you received them
* In original packaging, with any seals on sterile or medical items unbroken
* Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Sale-priced items are returnable under this same policy. Only items clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page cannot be returned.

ITEMS WE CAN'T ACCEPT BACK
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of:
* First aid, trauma, or medical supplies with opened or broken packaging
* Over-the-counter medications or medicine kits once opened
* Gift cards

Unopened kits and refills are fully returnable within 30 days.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email info@thedrivebox.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is free. We'll email you a prepaid label.

REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you and issue your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Some products we carry from other brands (for example, jump starters, tire inflators, and flashlights) include a manufacturer's warranty. After our 30-day window, warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, and we're happy to help you start one.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order. If you need help choosing a different kit, just email us.
